Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

my mother gave me a heart attack
omg she's going to take years off my life. yesterday i was on the jobsite ( so i called because i was going to be a bit late. from the phone in the traiiler).no answer. ok no big deal she's not home. call her cell. no answer. THAT IS WIERD. ok maybe she didn't hear her phone. 15 minutes later call the house again. no answer. call her cell again no answer. now i am starting to get panicked. she lives a lone what if something happend. what if she fell. what if she got robbed. what if she got into an accident.
i call dh in a panic. so he says ok i'll call her and if i don't hear anything i'll go over.
she picks up on the first ring. hi, ken whats wrong are the kids ok??????? he's like ummm your daughter is having in anerysum at the job site. why didn't you answer the phone when she called. "oh thats marie" i didn't know the number so i didn't pick up. he's like when she called your phone and celll repeatedly you didn't think anythjing of it. she's like oh i just thought it was someone trying to sell me something. He calls me laughing hyseterically (i am not finding this funny at all) REALLY MOM REALLY no one is that dedicated to try and sell you something.
now i realize i should have then tried her from my cell. but this didn't dawn on me at the time.

Better than J's (going senile) mom who is still one of those, "I only put my phone on in an emergency." UM, WHAT IF WE'RE HAVING AN EMERGENCY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
