Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I saw your WTF post. You've got this! Don't think of things in terms of "How far is this going to set me back?". Instead think of it as, "Let's see how far I've come since I last saw this person" or "Look at me, I'm fabulous without you, you two timing douchebag!"
You've made great strides in rebuilding your life. He is not a part of it now. He is ancillary to your happiness and just another person you work with. You're stronger than you think.

This made me tear up. Thank you MCC. I emailed my therapist this am too and she just replied back and pretty much just said what you did. I feel sick though and like I want to yell profanities, but I gave them up for Lent. I could use a slap in the face or a kick in the tail, or both.
BTW, I read your blog for the first time yesterday and you are so pretty!
