Veal Scaloppini

Hi ladies,

I bought some veal scaloppini and need a recipe!! I'm not in the mood for veal parmesan...any ideas? TIA!

    Just pound out the cutlets, dredge in flour salt and pepper, saute in butter and olive oil, remove from pan, add one crushed garlic clove, splash of white wine, fresh lemon juice, some chicken broth and about a teaspoon of capers.  Return veal to pan for a minute or so, serve.  Fresh parsley on top is common but I think it tastes like grass...

    Sorry - I don't measure, which is a large part of why I can't even ATTEMPT a food blog, lol
