So, I just caught up on a few episodes.  I was fast forwarding a lot and wondering if I m issed something. Did they really kill Robin in a lab explosion..lol

It was classic soap opera drama.  I wonder if this is really getting cancelled in September.

Well...yes they did, but I totally don't believe she's really gone.  I know she is leaving the show, but what an odd way to kill her off!

I am so aggravated. It was such a bad send off to a character w/ such history. I thought these new writers respected the history of the show?? I'm just hoping they dont show us her body so that one day in the future they can say that Helena switched her body w/ someone else's or something so she can come back to the show. I havent really been watching the last couple months b/c I was getting annoyed with it but I'm back to watching again and someone told me theyve been hinting that Franco was Jason's brother?! Are they REALLY gonna re-write Quartermaine history!??! they can't do that!! HORRIBLE.

Oh and yeah, she did want to leave. she wants to direct full time. but they couldve just sent her to paris or something. i hate they way they did this. and they said that she actually stayed around for 6 months after her contract expired to "wrap it up right"...pffftttt!

She's not dead. The story was set in motion this way before RC and FV came. They changed what they could to make it better but they shoot way ahead. She's leaving but she isn't dead forever.

They didn't show her body so I'm assuming she is not dead.  I read that Kate has multiple personality disorder..lol..they are pulling out some classic ones.  That was big in teh 80's on all soaps. I think she is the one who shot Sonny.

Really Tara? I havent seen that. i've been reading on generalhospitalhappenings.com but havent seen anything about her not really being dead. That's just what I was hoping! lol I just don't like how the whole thing is going. A Scorpio deserves better. Her "funeral" better be something memorable!

I am glad to hear she's not really dead...I just did not understand the abrupt ending!  Such a disappointment.  I think Kate def has multiple personalities and I agree that they are going to say that Jason and Franco were twins or something like that!  Such a guilty pleasure

Well there is one thing I learned from OLTL & that is, that it's not called Multiple Personality Disorder anymore, it's Dis-associative Identity Disorder - or DID for short. Come on girls, you are being so un-PC!

I'm glad to hear Robin isn't dead.. I did a double take when I thought that was how they were writing her off!  Horrible.  I've watched religiously since I was 15 years old, running home from HS to watch my VHS tapes of it.  

I also assume Franco/Jason are brothers.. which is insane.  Are they going to say Susan Moore had 2 sons? I doubt they can try to say they are twins.. they look nothing alike.

If they seriously go this route, I will be so mad. They're the Quartermaines! Don't mess w/ the history. The fans that they want to keep KNOW the history. I really hate when they do stuff like this. I KNOW its a soap but some things should just not be re-written. Maybe they will say Franco is really AJ, he got plastic surgery, etc. :insert eyeroll: Why not right??!
