Meatless recipes for lent?
Anyone have any good suggestions? I typically just do the usual pasta for quick and easy or pick up a fish fry but i'm looking for different things. Also, since I gave up fried food for lent, fish fry is out

I'm hoping to make some sort of crab and pasta dish tonight but don't have a recipe off hand so I'm looking for suggestions for that also. Thanks!

try some ethnic dishes for a change. I like to make veggie or egg fried rice. I know you said no fried food but fried rice is not the typical batter fried food, its just a method of cooking. also chinese stir fried veges (any combination, i do carrots, snow peas broccoli) with oyster or teriyaki sauce.
Also corn pie?
