Holy Cow I guess it is real!
Just drove by our new house and it now says SOLD instead of Under Contract! They fixed the chimney today as well and there are pretty white crocuses coming up! So excited!! Who wants to come pack for me?

Can't help you pack but I can give you my best advice. Are you hiring movers?
If so, label the boxes with colored paper. One color per room. Then hang a sheet (or two) of colored paper on the correct room. Your stuff will get to the right place regardless of what language your movers speak. (comes in handy when moving your family all around the globe)
I'm a little jealous! We just decided we're not in a position to move yet - so we re-fi'd and we're in the house for at least 4 more years.
