Reason 546 not to leave your dog outside alone
Fence jumping.
The last time she jumped a fence, it was 2006.
It's now 6 years later and she just jumped. She went to the front door and waited for me to come back through the house and let her in. She trotted into the house and sat down like, "why hello."
ETA- and I just added "alone" because if I hadn't been home, or even outside, to see her jump, she may have wandered all over the place and gotten lost rather than come to the front door and wait on me.
