He has done a lot on weight loss lately but I am confused! It is like which thing should i do. The other day he had a big list of pills to take for different things...take this for bloating, this for stomach fat from cortisol, this for fat burning etc...I want to know if you can take all of them LOL but his website doesnt specify....then today its something else to do. This morning he had that Seun T guy that does the insanity work outs....I cant keep up!
