I got the results of Charlies blood test. His white cell count is out of wack, which compromises his immune system. That means that his lymph nodes are working overtime to fight off infections and illness. He hasn't been sick, thankfully, so that means the lymph nodes are doing their job for now and hopefully keep up so his white cells can build up.
We are going to keep an eye on the situation. If by his 4 month check up all of them (we're up to 4 now) are still swollen, then we may discuss a biopsy of the largest one that has been there the longest - if theyre still swollen then it could be more serious.I'm hoping it doesnt come to that because I don't want him to have to go through that.
Re: Dr. Called
Hope it will be okay, and the infection/swelling goes away soon!
That pic of him is just too cute!
