We're MOVING! finally!
Hey all! We closed on a new house today. I'm beyond excited....most of you probably remember our drama last summer when we had a house bought and then our buyer fell thru. We got about 800 more sq. ft plus an unfinished basemet MORE than that house from last summer, for 30K less! What a steal and goes to show that things are worth the wait!
Anyhow, just had to share....I'll eventually get some before & after pics in my bio.....one bedroom had purple, lavender, and lime green stripes going around it....barf! And the former owner took the toilet and vanity from the half bath....who does that?!?! A foreclosure, obviously.

Congratulations! I remember you posting about the drama from last summer. I'm so glad it worked out for you!
And about your missing toilet and vanity...we have friends who bought a forclosure and had a similar experience. The previous owners took everything.....switchplates, trim, door knobs, light fixtures, even the pavers from the back deck!
Oh H, that's great!!! How far are you guys from your old house? Still in the same area/township or somewhere else?
