Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Funny vent of the day
So Ladies, I think I will have to post here about my crazy manager because long time ago I lost a job because of the blog I wrote on Myspace. I thought my blog was only visible to a select group, but somehow my boss saw it too.
Did I tell you he is a douche yet? I feel like I have, but today was one of the perfect examples why he is a douche 
Yesterday was Mardi Gras, and we sent the King's cakes to all of our clients. My manager received a thank you email with a sentence in French (Mardi Gras, New Orleans, French... ). My manager does not speak French, or any other language for that matter. So he goes to Google Translator, and translates a response. A short sentence and just copy and pastes it in to an email.
Now the funny thing: our VP of sales speaks French perfectly and she goes: Hey, what did you write, this isn't French. My manager even bet her that it was. She proves it to him that it's not French - it was Spanish. And, based on my experience with Google translator, or any other translator, in fact, it must have been really bad Spanish.
I mean, who does that? hahaha, I keep laughing.... If you don't speak it, why would you pretend? I just so love that another douchy act by him failed HAHAHA
