Speaking of iPad Apps....

H now discovered my iPad (I used to hide it from her...haha) and really wants to use it.  She's 18 months old.  What are some good learning apps and some "fun" ones?  She loves Elmo.  I rather learning apps, but I'll take anything at this point.  Now all she wants to do is watch Elmo on YouTube.  <Sigh>

Search Fisher Price, nick jr and Disney...they have several that are free or relatively inexpensive

There a books out there, crayola has a drawing one, there are ones to trace letters.   Lots out there.  My 16 month old love the ipad she knows that swiping will get her places.

Did you search for Sesame Street in the apps store? We used to have one called Elmo's ABCs or something like that - it's a letters game. Sprout also has a great website. She's probably too young for a lot of them but you should go through yourself and sort through them to see what might work for you.

The only one I have for Nora is called "Wheels on the Bus" (by Duck Duck Moose). It's really cute - not educational but it's fun.

DS loves tozzle.  It's a puzzle app.  She might still be a little young for it, but it'll occupy my son for awhile.

We use a flash card one that's called flash english or something like that. Z loves it!

Oh and we also have an aquarium one and she loves to feed the fish.
