wheres my refund..

Anyone else having issues with the Irs where's my refund tool? We filed through turbo tax on the 26th and got our "acceptance" the next day, but it still says they don't have our info when I use the tool. I googled and saw this was an issue, but was apparently resolved? Not for me...anyone else?

Maybe www.irs.gov could give you some timeline of when to expect it?

Per IRS.gov:

"How quickly will taxpayers get refunds?

• Following technology improvements, the IRS will issue refunds to more taxpayers in as few as 10 days this year. But taxpayers should keep in mind that many variables can affect the speed of a tax refund.
• The IRS issues more than 90 percent of refunds within 21 days."

We filed ours last week (the accountant put it in the system), so I am expecting next Wednesday the 29th or the following for it to be in our account.

I haven't tried the actual "where's my refund" request on their website.  Sorry!

Yes and it says next Wednesday on the general timeline based on when we filed, but I wonder if that's even going to happen based on what it says when I enter our info. Am I the only one this is happening to???!

Not sure about not having your info. But I filed ours on the 8thand got it yesterday.

I read something the other day that the Where's My Refund? feature on the IRS website won't give an accurate answer this tax season - apparently something screwed up with the website and they aren't planning to fix it? Anyway, it won't delay your refund, you just probably won't have a good idea of when it will show up. As a reference, we filed ours on Feb. 6 and just got our refund on Feb. 21.

We got ours based on that chart/timeline. It took FOREVER for the WMR tool on the web to give us anything but "you entered it wrong or there's no info yet". When it finally gave us a date it was a week behind the timeline. And we got it based on the timeline. I wouldn't trust that site thing.

our tax lady said who knows when you will get it. The system is all messed up and they are way behind so keep checking your bank and one day it will be in there. Surprise!

We filed on January 30th and still haven't received our state refund (already got federal). Ours is held up because they want to verify our 529 deductions with the bank who holds our account. So...We're still waiting.

Ay yi yi.  Our STATE refund says it'll be deposited tomorrow. However, I just checked on the federal refund again, and it finally works.. however it says it'll be deposited "by March 6th."  We filed on February 16th.
