one of my professors was a corporate manager for Cheesecake Factory. The amount of butter in the mashed potato recipe is absolutely INSANE.
which is probably why they are so effing delicious. LOL

I got scrambled eggs there a couple weeks ago and they were the best ones ever. No doubt because of the huge amount of butter they also contained.
I try not to think about it. Another head in the sand!
