Any good OTC recs for excema medicine?
Scarlett is going to a derm on Monday but until then, any OTC recs? What we've tried so far doesn't seem to be helping and she's at the point of scratching until the rash is bleeding which of course makes it worse. Thanks.

This has worked well for A as well
limit baths to quick, warm water, NOT HOT! Don't make it a bubble bath, as the soapy water can dry out the skin more and try not to bathe every day, as that dries the skin out more.
Immediately after bathing I lather Maeve up with the lubriderm cream. It comes in a tub and is really like a paste consistency. I have tried other stuff, but this works the best for her.
I have some low dose hydrocortosone cream just bought OTC that I use when she has really dry/red itchy outbreaks. My ped told me to use the smallest amount I can to spread a thin layer over the affected area 2x per day. I've noticed it's the worst in extremes with temp, either heat or cold.
