As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. There is a campaign that the students at my high school in SJ have started to grant a wish to one of their own. Kevin is a senior who is currently battling leukemia for the second time. His senior prom happens to fall on his birthday, and his sister is trying to get taylor swift to be his prom date.
I know it seems trite, but please believe me when I say that Kevin is truly the most humble, kind, and sweetest person I've ever met. Even though he's been stuck with cancer twice, he NEVER complains and remains happy and positive daily, continuing to put others before himself. I am crying happy tears to see how our entire school, community, and even strangers have all rallied to support Kevin. Everyone has forgotten about their petty issues, and coming together in a way that teenagers don't often do. There is a Facebook page for Kevin that has over 45,000 people supporting him in less than 48 hours. Our students have taken it upon themselves to contact the local news and radio stations, and have been tweeting their Teamkevin message to everyone imaginable. I am so proud of them for being so supportive and devoted to their peer that I just had to share

wow, it really restores my faith in people to see things like this. Kudos to these kids for doing this. I hope he gets his wish.

I hope his wish comes true! I remember that a few years ago on MTV there was a special where Taylor Swift went to the prom with a teenage boy. Ever since I saw that episode, I have really liked her. I hope that the information gets to her and she goes with him as well!
