Principal Responsibilities
Produce custom space availability surveys (Office, Industrial and Land)
Contact landlord and tenant rep brokers for availability information
Update proprietary resources
Conduct custom research and prepare reports
Prepare maps and other research materials
Additional research/client services assignments, as requested
Qualifications and Experience
3+ years experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact with both internal and external clients
Proficiency with Microsoft? Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop
Superior knowledge of commercial real estate terms and definitions
Working knowledge of real estate databases, resources and publications
? Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
Strong attention to detail
