How to cleanse your colon (sickness)
Well, I have my third sinus infection in as many months. I already have a recommendation for an ENT and will be calling his office tomorrow. Something is amiss.....
To cleanse your colon get put on some nasty, strong antibiotics. Your colon will be cleansed within a few hours....
No riding for me for at least a few days.

Oh Boy! I feel your pain, that is why I gave up and had sinus surgery to fix mine in Nov of this year.... really uncomfortable for the first 24 hours (until they pull the stuffing) but I haven't had any problems since! He removed a cyst from my left maxillary sinus and fix my septom!
Double up on the probiotics and get some extra cushy TP!
I plan to call an ENT on Monday. I was too out of it today to even make the call.
I got some good recommendations from cycling teammates.
