Recommend a Book on CD
DH and I are going on another little road trip and I need a rec for something to listen to in the car that we'll both enjoy.
Hunger Games Trilogy, Millennium Trilogy, Harry Potter series, and anything by Dan Brown are all out.

I don't know if they'd appeal to your DH, but the Outlander series is excellent on CD. There's a lot to the romance storyline, but it's also heavy on the history, battles, etc.
The Stephanie Plum series is totally fluffy and goofy, and they've made me laugh out loud on more than one occasion. I know they aren't for everyone, though.
