I think my mail lady is a couponer.

We get the RedPlum inserts in our sale junk mail except we only get the outside. The middle part is missing. You know, the part with all the coupons! At first I thought it was kind of funny, but now I'm annoyed because I could use some of those coupons. I don't hoard or shelf clear, but I like to save a little.

Can I complain to someone? Is it tacky to complain about not receiving something you don't pay for? Obviously I don't know if she's taking them but I know I'm not getting them.

Is it actually the separate coupon insert? I know our junk mail flier comes in a red plum flap thing, but it's just the cover. In WA we used to get another actual Red Plum coupon insert inside of that too, but it was separate and a different size than the cover one. Here we just get the outer cover, no insert.

Yeah some weeks we only get the Red Plum cover with random fliers inside and other weeks there's the outside cover, fliers and then a coupon insert.

When we lived on the other side of base we got coupons in it every week so I'm not sure why it would change when we moved 5 miles.

I know we weren't receiving certain things in our mail when we were on Pendleton bc my friend lived in housing on base but in a different area and got stuff we never got, like coupons and fliers. I always questioned if I should say something, but never did.

When I was in WA I was 10 minutes from my friend and I got the coupons in my flier but she didn't.
