BIP...DH plays World of Warcraft and goes to BlizzCon every year (so far no deployments have gotten in the way)... now get this...he says I am not going to Comic Con...those people creep me out...and what, the little gnomes at BlizzCon don't? Hehehe...

I had forgotten about her until I read this.  I'm going to go right back to forgetting about her.

She was very active on the board because her H was "deployed". She posted one time that there was a knock on her door and she was terrified to answer because she thought it was a casualty call. She was supposedly infertile and very sensitive about it.  A lot of San Diego ladies even got together with her. Turns out it was all a lie. Her H isn't even in the military.

She told everyone her H was Navy. Eventually, a few of us realized that we had never seen a picture of her H in a uniform (and she posted a lot of pictures). About two days after that (no joke), someone from the SD board messaged one of us (I think it was Mells) and let her know that she had been shunned from the SD board for lying about her H being in the military and various other things. Eventually, through super sleuthing, we discovered that her H was a contractor. When she got that "knock", her H was in Washington DC.

She was busted, posted this long drawn out apology explaining that she lied because we didn't like contractors wives (Wut?) and wanted to belong, yadda yadda.

She was shady in general though. I don't know how it took so long for all of us to realize something was rotten in Denmark.  

She was never able to explain to me why she made all that up. After thinking on it for a while and putting together all the pieces of things that I knew were true I realized that she was born and bred to have a pathological need to fit in to any crowd and to be popular.
