A question I could only ask on The Nest....
I didn't even know how to phrase this in Google.
I started a diet where I am drinking 64 oz of water a day. That's up from 0 oz and 2 cups of coffee usually. My body is in shock.
Anyway....I can't stop peeing. I'm going every half hour. Please tell me as my body gets used to the water that this will stop. It's severely impeding my ability to have a normal day running errands and stuff.

It will ease up, but learn which stores have nice bathrooms
I aim to drink between 64-96 oz per day (2-3 large Nalgene bottles). I started this when I was pregnant and continue to do so since I'm breastfeeding. I'm constantly on the go (and making milk!) I still pee at least once an hour. It's ridiculous, but I'm used to it at this point.
FWIW, Home Depot has surprisingly nice bathrooms!
