GH/OLTL characters info

Can someone give me the quick and dirty on the OLTL characters that are moving to Port Charles?  Last time I watchd OLTL, Starr was a baby.  The only thing I know about Todd Manning is that he raped Marty at that frat party and I think he's Vicki's half brother!

I don't know a ton about the OLTLs, but Starr has a baby of her own and the dude in the car with her today is the baby daddy, I think. they seem to have been broken up until the series finale. her mother Blair and her daddy Todd just got back together too, also after what appears to be a lengthy separation. they're supposed to come to GH temporarily, but Starr will be around for at least 3 years.

I hope they do some explaining for those of us who know nothing about OLTL. I already fast forward through so much right now.

Star and Cole reunited after he escaped from jail (he killed someone who he thought had killed Star).  So he is pretending to be her bodyguard and is going under a different name.  Todd and Blair reunited also after years of her thinking he was dead (he was being held captive by his mother, who he in turn killed).  Before Blair and Todd reunited, she had been in a previous relationship with his brother..Todd thinks he killed his brother and is keeping the secret from Blair, but it turns out on the last episode of OLTL, his brother is alive and is being help prisoner by some crazy lady named Allison (that's how they ended the show)

He's a cop in Llanview and out to capture all the bad people. Him and Todd have a super intense dislike for each other. In the series finale of OLTL, he came into the room and arrested Todd (who was in bed with Blair) for the murder of his brother.
