It's been going really well.
Thanks for asking. They had a really well planned orientation for me that got me out talking to & meeting all the departments & learning what they all do & how we might work together. Everyone is so nice. It's nice working in a slightly bigger office again (even though it's still fairly small.)
I'm in one of our local corporate locations all next week seeing how things work from their end....which should be interesting, but makes sense. It will be good to see how marketing decisions will effect things at the franchise/store level. I'm excited. Definitely feeling more positive than at my old job.

They're kind of all over the place with the way they dress. I definitely think I can probably wear them, but I'm going to wait until I get a bit more comfortable there. We have a lot of dress down days when you donate to our foundation as well.
