I am sorry you don't feel well. I really really don't want to sound snarky, but having a cold or bad morning sickness isn't really all that bad of a pregnancy. Be grateful those are the only things being thrown at you (and that you have a healthy baby growing in you). You could always be in a situation like Julia right now. I'm sure she would give anything to have a cold if you know what I mean. Again, not trying to be a *** (even thought it is coming across that way). Hope you feel better soon.
I'm totally not taking it in a snarky way, what you say is so true! On top of having had horrible morning sickness until I was 19 weeks... Not sure if you've realized that recently I've also found been having gall bladder attacks for the last 3 months off and on, as well as bad sciatic nerve pain. Gall Bladder attacks are horribly painful
That all being said what you say is so true that it could be worse. So it does put it into perspective to a certain extent, and I do have a lot that I'm still thankful for!

Man gall bladder attacks are awful. So glad I dont have one hehe. I'm so sorry that you have to go through that Alise. It is painful and having a cold on top of it just sucks!
I think that it's really good to keep things in perspective and be grateful for what we have but I think we all need to vent sometimes whether its a big thing or just a this sucks thing... It is humbling to think of others in worse situations and Oh my gosh my heart goes out to Julia for her babies so much. She is on my prayer list. Im glad we all have a place to vent here. I know the post didnt mean to sound snarky and Krissy you are a dear dear friend and I yhink God gave you extra heart and love when He gave those out... I do think we should be careful not to downplay a friends struggle though, regardless of how big or small. There are many challenges on this board... Girls who would give anything for a chance at any pregnancy or facing the possibility of never experiencing motherhood...... Or even give anything for a loving and supportive husband that so many here are blessed with. Or some girls who just had a bad day but everything else is ok... I may never get to experience marriage again or any chance at Any pregnancy but my heart still goes out to a worried young mother to be who is in pain. Im so glad we will have Alises healthy baby joining us in 8 weeks and that hopefully Julias babies keep cozy and warm for at least another 8 weeks!!
Hopefully you kick your cold and your gall bladder settles down for the time being.
All I was really saying was that her pregnancy hasn't been all that bad compared to what it could be. I didn't mean to suggest she couldn't vent.
