What is going on with my dogs???
I'm being a post hog but...
As I said earlier my dobie is constipated, and I know she hasn't eaten anything weird. FIL's german shepherd had a butt-splosion earlier and he now just puked. My german shepherd is fine. So anyway, now I'm paranoid. Can I get some thoughts on this?

The 2 are probably unrelated.
Unless you are SURE they didn't not get into something together.
Are you sure your Dobie is constipated? Often with diarrhea they will strain to pass stool and nothing will be produced (a sign of colitis).
It's possible they ate something they shouldn't have. Dogs can also get GI viruses (stomach bugs) that they can share with each other.
I just read your pp and saw you changed the food last week. A diet change can cause loose stool as well.
