    Monday: Ethiopian vegetable stew, rice, banana yogurt salad

    Tuesday: cheesy broccoli soup, bread

    Wednesday: venison barbecue meatballs, quinoa, green beans

    Thursday: white bean soup, bread

    Friday: sweet potato quesadillas, apple carrot salad

    Saturday: marmalade curry chicken, rice, peas

    Monday:  something with curry, haven't decided if it will be meatless or a chicken dish just yet.

    Tuesday: shrimp pesto pasta

    Wednesday:  Out!  We scored Table 21 reservations at VOLT.  Can't wait!!!

     

    Haven't planned beyond that, figured we will be recovering from our food coma and will rely on freezer meals, etc.

  • Sunday- we always do fun apps and watch the Oscars- turkey burger sliders, chips w/ Queso and salsa, baked mozzarella sticks

    Monday- baked potato skins pizzas (from Prevention RD) and salad

    Tuesday- spicy Thai steak, rice noodles, roasted veggies

    Wednesday- sausage, onion, pepper subs and a veggie TBD

    Thursday- shrimp and grits 

  • Tonight: We are hosting a wine pairing party, I am making goat cheese terrine, saucy Asian meatballs, and raspberry swirl cheesecake cupcakes. Additionally each couple is bringing an app & a wine to pair with it. Can't wait!

  • Tonight: dinner at a friends; I'm bringing pesto and ingredients and equipment to make homemade pasta

    Sunday: green chile cheese(turkey)burgers (burgers and homemade buns from the freezer)

    Tuesday: pasta with lentil marinara (from the freezer)

    Wednesday: za'atar chickpea salad

    Thursday: bridal shower at a restaurant (leftovers for DH)

  • The next couple days are a little weird since I'm waiting on my mouth to heal after wisdom teeth extraction yesterday, and don't really feel like cooking since I can't eat much.

    Sa: leftover tomato orzo soup for lunch, leftover chipotle-green chile pot roast over mashed potatoes for dinner (we had it over cheesey polenta the first time)

    Su: finish off leftovers for lunch to get the fridge emptied, chorizo, corn, feta and avocado pizza for dinner

    M: Athenian shrimp orzo, spinach with roasted red peppers and feta

    Tu: rosemary-Sriracha chicken thighs, mashed potatoes, and probably Brussels sprouts

    W: making cornflake-choc chip-marshmallow cookies for dinner w/ friends

    Th: Italian sausage, mushrooms and peppers on brown rice

    F: black bean and sweet potato enchiladas with salsa verde

    Sa: pizza night, probably with a variety of toppings to pick from

  • Sunday: DH's flight doesn't get in until 9pm so he won't be home for dinner. I'll finish up whatever leftovers I have (either chicken noodle soup or red beans and rice)

    Monday: mac and cheese, grilled ham steak and asparagus

    Tuesday: big salads with grilled chicken 

    Wednesday: turkey and swiss panini, baked sweet potato fries, roasted broccoli 

    Thursday-Sunday: DH's team is playing in a tournament in Orlando so I'll be on my own again. I'll get Chipotle once during that time and I've been really craving a deli sub so I might get or make that. And I'll probably go out with friends Friday and/or Saturday. 

     

    ETA: I just remember I may have to attend a Higher Ed Partnership Banquet on Wednesday night...hoping the table will be full of potential donors so I won't have to attend but I might. If I do I'm not sure what I would cut out of the menu...I really want all of that stuff! Crying

    Thursday: Athenian Orzo and salad.

    Friday: Carne Asada Tacos and rice with jalapenos, cilantro and lime.

  • My husband was too involved in this so there are way more meaty meals than I want.  I'll make them all but I suspect I may be eating something differently most of these times.

    Oh my gosh, enjoy!!! Have you ever eaten there before? It honestly was the best meal of my life.

    Monday: going out to dinner with my parents who are helping us move and we are taking my great-grandma out who happens to live in the area we are moving too.

    Tuesday: Homemade 4 cheese pizza and salad.

    Wednesday: Mini burgers and spicy sweet potato wedges

    Thursday: Baked ziti and either salad or some kind of steamed veggie

    Friday: Something meatless, but not sure what.

    Tuesday: I'm making filet and he is buying lobster mac and cheese for surf and turf type meal (special occasion)
