Does anyone attend a MOPS group? I was contemplating checking it out to socialize more with other mommies and to help DS make more friends, but I don't know much about it. Anyone care to educate me or tell me about their experiences with it?

Re: MOPS?
I know some people who might not be comfortable in church enjoy MOPS because it's kind of church-lite. Each group is a bit different based on the mix if women and even the supporting church where they meet. You do not have to be a church member, or a Christian to go, but realize they will have prayer, Bible lessons for kids (depending on age), and speakers will probably be in ministry or have some kind of Christian background.
I live in Arvada, and like ours a lot. I do know of another great one up I-70 west a few minutes too. I don't know what else to tell you, but am happy to answer questions.
