Cooks Illustrated Bon Appetit
Fine cooking b/c it is about my speed and I usually really like the recipes in it.
Cooks Illustrated is a great mag but not my typical cooking and $$$ for stuff I won't generally make.
I just subscribed to Cooks Country b/c I love America's Test Kitchen/CI products and this seemed like a happy medium for me- doable recipes with the CI/ATK background.
Bon Appetit/Food & Wine type mags I like to buy if there is a specific issue but they are definitely not the type of things I cook regularly at all.
Today I made the mistake of buying Rachel Ray's magazine b/c it seemed like it was full of recipes but I didn't cut out a single one, mostly b/c they don't seem especially healthy & not that great for something that will be unhealthy.
