Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'll aw too!!

I've been tracking all of my workouts this month. I added up my miles, yards and hours I've done. I had a few days where I didn't do what was on my plan but I think it's pretty good for February training: 11,700 yards of swimming, 7 hours of biking, 35 miles of running! And february isn't over yet!!
