Help me out - give me a recipe
I am trying to meal plan for next week so I can go grocery shopping tomorrow and I'm not loving/finding anything to try for my new recipe of the week. Link me up to your favourite thing to make! (I so far have a pasta, pizza and "mexican"ish dish on the menu)

Balsamic chicken!
1/4 cup each of honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and olive oil
1tbsp rosemary, crushed
3-4 chicken breasts
Whisk together the honey, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, and rosemary. Place chicken in a greased baking dish and pour the liquid over them. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then, bake at 350* for 30 minutes covered with foil.
I got this from my DAR cook book and we love it! Mashed potatoes and steamed green beans make great side dishes. The whole meal comes together really quickly.

Lately Mexican has been my favorite. These enchiladas are really good and pretty easy to make, DH really likes them too.
