Blood in poop?

So since bringing the boys home, I've been trying to switch their food (I know, slowly and it's only been two days). Now, I don't know what Dapper's stool looked like before he came home but I've noticed that it's pretty loose and there are streaks of red. I have a vet appointment tomorrow at 1:10. Should I try to call tomorrow morning and bump it up? I don't want to cause him any harm Sad  Cocoa's poops are solid and normal colored.

Re: Blood in poop?

  • I would move it to ASAP just in case.

  • I agree...I'd move it up to be safe. Also I'd take a sample in with me so they could test it. Gross to collect, but makes the diagnostic process so much easier.

Yea, I figured I'd take some in with me. Hopefully he'll go before we have our appointment. Since I've only had him since Friday, I don't have him on a schedule.
