iso creative help for cake pop stand
Ok, I read the post the other day and I know we are "over" cake pops, however my daughter is not!
We are hosting a party and I'm thinking of making the ice cream cone pops from bakerella but I'm not sure how to "display/serve" so they stay up right. Any suggestions? tia.
Re: iso creative help for cake pop stand
I've made them out of turned upside down shoe boxes with the sides cut down to get the height I want. Then use an awl to punch holes in the box. Then cover with craft paper.
I like the idea of having them rest inside of a larger container then covering the top with jimmies like this.
I did something similar when I did the ice cream cone ones - I wrapped a shoe box then used tissue paper to cover the styrofoam - http://peaceloveandfrenchfries.com/2011/03/24/ice-cream-cone-cake-pops-for-kylas-birthday/
