Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Your meal in the WFD post yesterday sounds amazing! Can you share the recipe you used for this?

 Chipotle-green chile pot roast (with the tomato-pepper sauce) over cheddar mashed potatoes with avocado slices.

  • Sure, it's actually Elly/MWC's short rib recipe, done in the slow cooker with a roast instead (I didn't brown the roast, and put it in for about 9 hours on low for a ~3 lb roast).  These were actually leftovers from when we had it earlier in the week over cheesey polenta, and it really just gets better with a couple days to sit in the sauce and absorb the flavor even more
