I'm trying to be organized since I went back to work and sticking to weight watchers.
-Tonight I am making Roasted chicken with roasted potatoes and butternut squash and a salad.
-Turkey meatballs and sauce is cooking in the crockpot now for dinner tomorrow.
-Tues I work from home so I will prepare skinny taste chicken enchiladas with the leftover chicken from tonight before my meetings start but we are going to eat tilapia with rice and veggies since I'll be home and have more time to cook in the evenings without the commute.
-Wed I will pop the enchiladas in the oven when I come home.
-Thurs will be leftovers of whatever probably meatballs again or enchiladas.
-Fri we usually take out or we'll have leftovers.

tonight is just homemade mac and cheese, tomorrow steak, rice, cauli

Tonight: Orechetti with garlic, sausage, sun dried tomato and broccoli raab (out of the freezer.....leftovers from a party we had two weeks ago) Thank you Tuscany Italian market! If you live in western Monmouth County you must try it!!!!
Monday: homemade french onion soup (making the soup now)
Tuesday: Chicken, tossed with Birdseye Steamfresh seasoned peas and mushrooms and brown rice.
Wednesday: Craptastically Good Beef Casserole
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: out for a surprise bday party
Tonight - Salmon, rice, veggies
Monday - At my moms
Tuesday - Bacon wrapped Chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies
Wednesday - Meatloaf w/roasted veggies
Thursday - Meatballs either w/pasta or on rolls for subs
Friday - home made pizzas
tonight beefed up biscuits. In no order, chicken friend rice, pasta and meatballs (defrosted from older batch), cod with grape tomatoes, pot roast.

Last night I made Peruvian chicken on the grill, and we roasted yucca and had a salad on the side. Tonight rob is making a seafood risotto.
Other stuff - baked pork chops with a frenchonion breading; curry chicken; spicy shrimp; either meatloaf or blue cheese and sriracha burgers. Friday night we always plan day-of; maybe enchiladas? Saturday we have a party.
Saturday - Eggplant parm pizza using leftover eggplant parm from Friday night's dinner out
Sunday - Swedish Meatballs with Egg Noodles, green beans
Monday - My husband has a work event so I'm going to have leftover Swedish meatballs for dinner.
Tuesday - hoagies after exercise class
Wednesday - Slow Cooker Thai Chicken Soup
Thursday - Spicy Chicken with Eggplant over Rice
Friday - Ravioli Primavera
