special occassion steak dinner?

I need a dinner I can put together for tonight that I can get all of the ingredients at a regular grocery store. We are celebrating a birthday and the 'guest of honor' is requesting steak but I'd like to fancy it up a bit so it's special.

I'd do steak au poivre. One of my favorite ways to  have steak and the bonus is, it's quick & easy.

Im making this for dinner tonight.  Although Im using filet, I believe it is the technique and the ingredients that make it taste aweome so you could use whatever steak you had planned on using.

I like this Florentine Style T-Bone.  Or, steak with chimichurri sauce...  yum!
