Bleeding after HM? (tmi, obviously)
So after my half marathon today I hit the ladies' room only to
discover I had some bleeding - less than a light AF day but more than
just spotting. I'm right around ovulation time, so I'm not sure if this
has something to do with it or not. I don't usually have any bleeding
or spotting around O time. I'm also having some light cramping, but
that could just be from the 13.1.
