Non-traditional wedding desserts?
My sister is getting married in May, and has hit that point of being extremely stressed out and unable to make a decision to save her life. So that basically means everything is falling on me...oh boy.
I've been trying to get her to make a decision about cake since October, this is our last big decision to make. She "doesn't like cake" and wanted a fancy ice cream cake, but their reception is on a yacht and it doesn't have a big enough freezer to keep the cake in until they serve it.
Anyone have any other non-cake ideas? I suggested cheesecake, but she thinks that will be too expensive...

my friend did cheesecakes. Are cheesecakes expensive? I don't even buy them but when I make them they aren't expensive to make.
Lately I have seen a lot of rice crispie treat cakes... large tiered cakes made entirely of rice crispie treats.
