Time to stop talking about my beloved wine
As a special bribery treat, I picked up pink lemonade for Ava to have with dinner. She squealed with excitement that it was something other than water or juice.
She held her cup, looked at me with the biggest grin and said - i'm gonna pretend this is my pink wine!!!!!
My husband, who doesn't drink at all, shot me a disapproving look.
I looked at her and said, it's called ros?. I turned that into a learning experience, right?! Lol!

LOL - the other night I had a beer with dinner (that turned into having a second beer AFTER dinner) and we were sitting in the living room watching TV with the kids (yea, that's right nest gods, watching tv and drinking WOOP WOOOOOP) - when I finished the last sip Alexis jumped up and said "mommy, all finished?" I told her yes so she takes the bottle, walks in the kitchen and says "Daddy, mommy's all finished with her beer! I'll throw the bottle away in the garbage for her."
PS - I did not say the word "beer" ONCE that day, lol. Proud moment.
