Re: QOTD

  • I'm guessing senior high = senior year of high school?

  • Sr year of high school was a local band, Welbilt.

Through all of high school Tim McGraw was (and still is) my go to lover. Uh, I mean singer.

  • I'm not sure I could name one band. You have to understand:  I was in High School from 1984 - 1988.  I am a product of the most prolifically awesome period of music  AND a first generation MTV person (launched when I was in 6th grade).  And I grew up on Long Island.  I could never choose one favorite band when I grew up with such treasure!

I still own many of my vinyl albums, and they are all still awesomely awesome.  I have Prince, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Rick Springfield, Mister Mister, Night Ranger, Jack Wagner, Motley Crue, Aerosmith, Bryan Adams, Bon Jovi, The GoGos, Billy Idol, Simply Red, Corey Hart.... I could go on and on.

The bands I probably listened to the most would be Journey and  The Police ("Synchronicity", which came out when i was in 8th grade, is the only album I have owned on vinyl, cassette and CD).
