POLL: Oscars: Best and Worst Dressed...

Who watched the Oscars?  What outfits were your fave?

For me -

Best:  Tina Fey and Michelle Williams.  I also liked Natalie Portman's dress. 

Worst:  Melissa McCarthy.  That dress was about the least flattering get-up I could ever imagine. 

And, my WTF - Angelina Jolie's leg-out stance all night long.

I didn't watch it, but when I was flipping through channels, she was presenting something and I was like "w(hy)tf is she standing like that?"

Also, she really needs to eat a sandwich or two.  I will say though, that dress made her look not as emaciated as usual.

I liked Tina Fey, Jessica Chastain and Cameron Diaz. I thought Guiliana Rancic looked great too.

I did not like Gwenyth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez. Oh, and Nancy O'dells neon dress was awful.

I only watched for a little bit, but I agree with Angelina Jolie's weird knobby leg. Fold that up and put it away.

I didn't get to see Gwyneth with out the space cape - her dress looked like it would have been lovely without the white pod. 

I thought both Penelope Cruz and Natalie Portman looked classically gorgeous and glamorous.

I loved Penelope Cruz's dress. She looked like a princess.

Natalie Portman looked very pretty.

Jennifer Lopez looked awful!

Jessica Chastain was my favorite.

Runners up were Michelle Williams and Tina Fey (who normally looks like a hot mess at these things and was very elegant and pulled together).

ETA: Worst were Rooney Mara's boob cups (I liked the rest of the dress), Penelope Cruz and Berenice Bejo (another grandma trend dress).

I thought Angelina Jolie's hairlooked great. Loved the lighter color on her.

I liked Kristen Wiig's dress too. Tina Fey looked amazing.

I am not a fan of the nude/pale/taupe colors most people seemed to have on.  So boring.

Rooney Mara: UGH. It looked like it was made of toilet paper.

Yes! I mean, I kind of get it while she was posing for photos, but while presenting an award? It looks ridiculous.

I thought Natalie Portman's dress was great, but her hair looked greasy.

I loved Emma Stone's dress and her hair (and man, did she ever tower over Ben Stiller!).

I liked Penelope Cruz's dress, but Tina Fey and Michelle Williams both had that weird skirt/dress thing going on. Meh. 

DH thought Cameron Diaz's arms looked good. So now I need to go do 1000 pushups . . .

Oh, I forgot about Shailene Woodley from The Descendents. Her dress looked like it should be worn by an old lady, not a teenager.

I am still shocked at JLo's areola/nipple showing while she was discussing what dresses a "lady" wears, while presenting for Best Costume. I couldn't believe it, I actually paused it, went to get DH, and we looked at it together. And no one told her, b/c it was still showing after they showed the clips!!

I turned it off and went to bed soon after.

loved penelope cruz's dress - color, fit, just gorgeous! i also liked tina fey, jessica chastain (especially loved her hair), and mila jovavich

hated j. lo's dress (and didn't need the nip slip AT ALL) and melissa mccarthy's dress was so not flattering

why, why, why can't meryl streep abandon the frumpy and/or overly shiny dresses?! she desperately needs to hire helen mirren's stylist!
