I want to give a Holla-PraiseReport-ShoutOut, etc.
Things are going well.
- We were able to sell the truck last week, and it was paid off just before.
- DH was able to buy a beater VW for commuting and kid-school transit, and got a great deal for something he just needs to tweak a bit.
- We now have no car payments. Our only debts are my school loans and the mortgage on our rental house.
- DH was informed by his manager that he wants to advance DH, so they are going to talk about what that looks like.
- Work for me is going better after I took some feedback to heart and adjusted myself to perform better. Hoping that translates to a bit of an annual raise, and possibly more in the future.
- W is doing great in school, particularly reading, and was advanced to the Fast Track for reading. (I teared up when I saw his teacher's notice of his progress.)
- G is almost potty-trained! Just getting to where we can lose the diapers at sleep times.
And finally, THIS IS THE YEAR we are getting out of MIL's house. We have some tentative plans in place to make it happen. While living here has been hellacious on my psyche, it has been a boon to our savings and paying off debts. So thankful to for DH who has done with our budget what I could never seem to do.
Anyway... just thought I'd put a Holla post out there. 
And of course, the Nestie TP&J through it all has helped a ton too!

I'm so glad things are looking brighter for you all. You have really persevered through a trying time, and are continuing to show grace under pressure.
