This might sound like a novice question, but I am trying to branch away from "prepared" meals and making home cooked stuff. I want to do roasted red potatoes with our roast beef and was wondering if anyone had any great seasoning or roasted techniques? I know really basic things, and have never done these before. TIA!
Re: Roasted Red Potatoes
Drizzle with olive oil, season with kosher salt, black pepper, minced garlic and rosemary. Roast at 425 for 30-45 min (depending how large you cut your potatoes) stirring every 15 min.
I do something similar to this, but I also add grated parmesan cheese. I cut my potatoes in quarters.

I make mine the same way. They're also really good with Italian seasoning. Sometimes I sprinkle a little Paprika to help them brown and give a different flavor.
