Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Yeah, he told me he vacuumed it up. I was like, "WTF do you mean you vacuumed it up?! We don't have a wet/dry vac!!!"
"Well, how else was I supposed to clean it?"
"You don't want to know my answer to that right now."
I am the designated dead lizard disposer in our house.
That's a necessary position in this area (with cats, I assume without cats it would be "alive lizard disposer")

Bodily fluids are largely my domain, because of the aforementioned germ phobia. In general I take on those tasks because they don't really bother me. He would have cleaned it up if I hadn't gotten up to do it and definitely didn't refuse to do the cleaning. I did it because it's a reflex to clean up kid pee and because I care.
I didn't mean to imply that he was an ass about it, because I really think his reaction was normal (putting it in the dryer is totally not normal, but that's not being a jerk, just illogical according to how my brain works).
