What are you guys having for dinner? We have some ground beef that we need to use up so may be boring Americans and have burgers with some veggies.
Re: WFD?
Like oolala, burgers tonight because DH has been bugging me to make some for a while now.
This is actually my menu for tomorrow. One of the few things I know how to make well...
Leftover beef and vegetable stew from yesterday. It was delicious.
Going to watch Top Chef in a few minutes, unfortunately that show makes me want to eat more!
Fondue..... Mmmm melty Cheese and bread!

Now Nesting from Chicago, IL My nail blog:
Monday night I had leftover carmelized onion roast made into po-boys with some leftover peas and fresh homemade lime sorbet.
Tonight, Tuesday, I am having quesadillas, marinated sliced tomatoes, and lime sorbet.
We're going to have vegan ravioli (from the local Whole Foods) with the basil tomato sauce left from yesterday... the two pair just beautifully! hmmmm
Then I'm going to make Tilapia "al cartoccio". Basically I "bathe" the fish in a bed of bread crumbs, sliced garlic and parsely, then wrap it in parchment paper and stick it in the oven for 40 minutes... and voil?.
Last, but not least, I'm going to have to [finally] wash the spinach and steam it.
Ok, now I'm hungry.
And I'm coming over! Heehee. That sounds delicious, especially the tilapia.
