1/2 Ironman recs?
Hey ladies - Im looking to do my first 1/2 Ironman in Sept/Oct and was looking for some recs on ones I should look into. Does anyone have any favs that they have done? Im going to look on trifind.com, etc., but was hoping to get some opinions if I can.
I live in NYC so Id like to keep it within a 3ish hrs drive from there if possible. Thanks!

I have friends who LOVE timberman! It's in late august, but since it's in NH, the weather isn't too bad. It also should be around that distance from NY.
I was signed up for Poconos 70.3, but dropped it because I was unprepared. It ended up getting changed to a du the day before because of the river current. It's the first weekend in Oct. which can be unpredictable for the Poconos.
My heart is as open as the sky.
