OBGYN Recommendations in MD?

Hi folks - can anyone recommend a good OBGYN practice in the Rockville area? I am looking to switch from a different group in VA. TIA!

Re: OBGYN Recommendations in MD?

  • my dr. dr anne shrout. just moved to capital womans care in rockville/silver spring.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE HER. She delivered both of my kids. And I followed her at 8 months PG to a new practice (if that shows how much i love her)

Before that I was with Simmonds and Simmonds and I did like most of the dr's their but seh was my faveorite.

  • I also used Simmonds and Simmonds.  I generally saw Frayda Diamond, the midwife (who has since retired), but I liked the other doctors there as well.  I ultimately switched doctors only because I moved from Gaithersburg to Arlington; I wouldn't have left the practice if I hadn't moved.

  • I really like Dr. Wolfgram at Capital Women's Care in Rockville.  I never thought I would prefer a man as an OBGYN but he is absolutely wonderful.
