Peahala Park...LBI?

i've only gone to LBI once last year.  Never heard of Peahala.  Is it a nice area?

My cousins own a house in Peahala Park that we've used over the past 16+ years.  It's a small area north of the Acme - it's fine, typical LBI south of the causeway. It's a 3-block area of the island. My cousins' house is in on the bayside, so we cross the Boulevard then one small street to the beach.
