Everything was awesome! I wish we were still there. We got to the Westin and I guess they only had "work out" rooms left so our room had a treadmill in it, which was kind of funny. We obviously didn't care as we just wanted a comfy bed and didn't care about much else.
We got there around 4 and spent two leisure hours getting ready and just relaxing. Then we headed to Parc for dinner. It was so good. I had a grapefruit martini and normally I don't like grapefruit but this was delish! We shared the cheese plate and I can't remember the names of them but we had two hard cheeses and one that was soft like brie. We also shared the Charcuterie. I could have just had that and been happy. I got the 1/2 Roast Chicken and The Dude got the braised beef short rib. Both were so good but when the guy next to me ordered the steak, I was slightly wishing I had had that.
After dinner we tried both Village Whiskey and Dandelion but both were super crowded so eventhough we've been there before, we headed to Good Dog and within minutes we scored seats at the bar. We ended up staying there all night because damn the wind was blowing and it made it COLD! ha. Enjoyed good beer and each other for a few hours and headed back.
In the morning we went to Sabrina's for brunch, which I think The Dude liked more than Parc by the way he talked about his breakfast
All in all it was so nice to get "away" - we seriously needed that. Thanks again for all the recs.

We had brunch with friends at Continental on Sunday and I was wondering if you were enjoying the city as much as we were!

Jewels - I got the short stack of whole wheat pancakes w/ bananas and The Dude got some fritatta. I can't remember which one but he had a side of scrapple that he said was great (barf).
