Dog Friendly Midwest Cabin-type Vacations

I know that the title of this sounds SO specific but I'm hoping you can help. We're looking for a getaway for about 3 nights in a cabin type setting that we can take our dog with us. We already went to Hocking Hills in September so that place is out. We're open to any states surrounding Ohio including Ohio.. Any ideas?

I vote MI! The great lakes are beautiful and if you go towards fall you can see how gorgeous the leaf changing is. I'd suggest either up towards the Upper peninsula or west side. Even though I lived on the east side I think the western side is beautiful.
